Flexible Schedule - Large Production BONUS - FT/PT or Relief Veterinarian
The Animal Emergency Clinic of Springfield is hiring both PT and FT DVM’s for our expanding emergency clinic.We are actively seeking to hire for day or night shift positions (or a mixture of the two).
The AEC is a 24/7 emergency veterinary facility that is well supported by the surrounding community.
The clinic moved into a larger & purposely built and designed facility in Nov 2022.
Currently the clinic staffs 4 FT DVM’s, 2 PT DVM’s plus a skilled support staff including CVT’s.
The FT DVM schedules averages 3 shifts/week with a flexible schedule. The hospital operates on a 24/7 basis. The flex scheduling allows for multiple days per week off to enjoy life outside of work, allowing for an exceptional work/life balance.
The practice is well-equipped w/digital radiology, in-house blood analyzers, ultrasound, Cardell blood pressure, EKG monitoring etc… and is willing to add equipment and services as needed.
Salary starts with a base of $115,000 & a sizable monthly production (an industry leading 32%).
Additional benefits: 5 days CE with $1250 expenses, health insurance stipend (or enrollment in a group health plan), malpractice and license defense insurance, dues to professional organizations, 3 weeks paid vacation in addition to salary, signing bonus & moving expenses. You will not find a more comprehensive salary, production & benefits package.
Contract is also negotiable. Presently, FT DVM's make in excess of $225,000 per year at this facility
